You are bidding on a 1984 Panasonic TR-1030P TravelVision pocket TV in the original box with accessories and extra rechargeable batteries. Panasonic and Sony duked it out in the 1980s as to who could build the smallest and best pocket TV set. They took very different approaches to the design and each company went through numerous versions as the technology evolved. This listing is for one of Panasonics fourth models, a TravelVision TR-1030. The TR-1030 was made during 1984 and offered in several different case colors and finishes. This one is the TR-1030P. The P stands for platinum (see photos for color and finish). The TR-1030 series were the smallest TravelVision sets, measuring just 6 on the longest dimension (see photo 5). They were also the most versatile, able to operate on four internal AA batteries, or on a rechargeable NiCd battery, or from a car 12-volt DC outlet, or from a 120VAC wall wart power supply. It tunes the VHF and UHF analog TV bands. This one is serial number FP4431988, made in Japan in July, 1984. It is in excellent cosmetic condition and comes with all the original accessories in the original box (see photos). In addition I am including two extra rechargeable batteries, condition unknown. Although this TV looks great it is not working. So if you want to do more than exhibit it youll need to do some repair work. Ich biete hier meine defekten, als Fahrrad-Akku genutzten, 2 Stück 12S4P Panasonic NCR-18650PF Li-Ion Zellen für Bastler an. Ursprünglich hatte der Akku-Pack ca. 50V und 11,6Ah. Seit diesem Winter, trotz frostfreier und 50% Ladung, ist die Spannung auf ca. 26V gefallen und der Akku ließ sich mit meinem Schnelllader nicht mehr aufladen. Die von mir stichprobenartig gemessenen Zellspannungen liegen anscheinend noch zwischen 2,77V und 3,36V. Da ich weder Zeit noch Lust habe, mir die funktionierenden Zellen herauszulöten, somit der Verkauf an Bastler. Das Siemens Schnellladegerät biete ich in einer anderen Auktion an.
