This Onkyo RC-972R remote is perfect for your AV receiver. With a wireless range of 5-10 meters, you can control your device from a distance. The remote is black in color and has infrared features. It is compatible with Onkyo brands and models such as TX-NR595, TX-NR797, TX-RZ840, TX-NR696, TX-NR6050 (Costco version of the TX-NR6100), TX-NR6100 and others. This is a used item, however its in like new condition. It was only used a few times when performing setup activities, as my day-to-day use of the receiver was with a universal remote control. Batteries were removed from this remote when not in use, so the contacts are clean. Please verify your Onkyo receiver is compatible with this remote before purchasing.

Being sold as-is in non-working order. After plugging the receiver in it does not enter standby mode or turn on in anyway. One of the two antennas on the rear is broke and hanging on by the wire only as shown in photos. We have not diagnosed the receiver any further, do not know the cause or history of the receiver.
