Onkyo TX NR809 7.2 Channel 180 Watt Receiver.

This item powers on perfectly fine. Each button, lever, and dial registers a response. This unit is untested w being plugged into any system. The biggest defect is that this thing accidentally fell off the table, face forward, and cracked the face of the unit - see photos. Comes w remote control and power cord.
