The remote is included, to be clear the volume button on the remote does not function?? The main face is flawless, pictures just show a reflection, all buttons work. There are 2 blemishes on top where fans were stuck. You can set all the parameters by hand with both the unit and the remote. You can EQ each channel too. No Audessy Mic included, sorry So you get the receiver, the remote and manuals. Lower 48 only, NO INTERNATIONAL Paypal preferred, NO RETURNS due to unscrupulous Ebayers.
