I am selling a used Marantz nr1506 receiver. It supports 4k HDMI 20.a and HDCP2.2 which is required for 4k inputs. In addition to handling 4K Ultra HD 3840 x 2160 resolution, the NR1506 also features HDR (High Dynamic Range) and Wide Color Gamut compatibility, key components of the BT.2020 4K Ultra HD video specification. This is a great little compact receiver for those of us that want a real receiver but dont have a lot of room for it. It can handle 50W/channel into 8 ohms which is more than enough for a living room or small theater room. I am including the remote and power cord. An audyssey microphone is needed and NOT included in order to use the automatic setup and room correction. This is available on ebay or through encompass.com (the official but terrible Marantz parts supplier) for $29.99. I tested this with music in my office for several days and also tested video through each input with a firestick. It is in good cosmetic condition but does have a few blemishes including a small dent and some scratches on the top cover. The front panel looks very good from normal viewing distances. There is a very slight faded spot on the top left of the front center panel but it is hard to notice in real life and will be almost impossible to see on an AV rack. I go through a lot of receivers as part of my theater addiction and I also have a technician degree so I sometimes buy receivers for repair when I see the right opportunity.
