It had a scuff on the front of the plinth, which I’ve sanded and re-varnished. The deck works fine and plays great. Just needs a bit of a clean and polish. Please review the images prior to bidding. The LP12 has been fully serviced by Krescendo HiFi. This includes a full strip down, the three suspension bolts have been checked for exact vertical hanging using the Linn tool specifically for the purpose, the suspension grommets and springs have all been replaced with brand new ones from Linn, the suspension has been carefully set to the correct pistonic bounce, the tonearm has been fitted with the correct geometry using the Linn Kinky alignment tool, the turntable rotation speed has been precisely set to 33.3 rpm using a laser revolution counter and the lid has been polished although a few very small marks remain. The LP12 has been fitted with the awesome Linn Ittok tonearm. This has been fitted with the stunning Audio Technica OC10 moving coil cartridge.  The LP12 benefits from the external Linn Lingo 2 power supply which provides a rock steady 33rpm and 45rpm at a touch of a switch from a quartz locked power supply. The Lingo is a significant sonic upgrade from the Valhalla or Majik power supply. The LP12 is in stunning condition with only the very smallest of marks to the lid and where the lid rests on the plinth. None of which detract from the appearance as you can see from the pictures. The deck will be all set for playing music and will only require basic putting back together from the box. We will provide full instructions how to do this and will provide full support. The LP12 comes in a Linn turntable double box with all the internal fittings to ensure safe transport. Linn Sondek LP12 Ittok/Cirkus/Hercules PSU/VM95e Fabulous Sondek LP12, Ittok arm, Hercules PSU with 33/45, fitted with a brand new Audio Technica VM95e cartridge, the full Cirkus upgrade has been fitted, Bearing, sub platter, chassis and arm board, the latest spec outer platter was fitted brand new last year along with the latest spec lid and hinges, also new springs and grommets, belt, the Stamford Audio Advanced Plinth has numerous upgrades including bracing, a proper mains socket to take kettle plugs and a fantastic machined Lexan base board with isolation cones built in. Also allows spring adjustment without removing it. Also a motor isolation system had been fitted. Mechanically excellent, everything has been serviced last year, the plinth will show light marks, the lid is excellent, recent, no cracks, belt was new last year with the springs and grommets, the Ittok bearings are also excellent,. All-round a fabulous Sondek with modern appointments.
