This pair of KEF Calinda SP 1053 Speakers are in full working order, but the tops of both cabinets are stained, as shown in the picture.They have consecutive serial numbers and were bought new by my father, then passed to me twenty years ago.I am not aware of any repairs or maintenance, but wires connecting the tweeters are black on one unit and blue on the other, so perhaps this is the result of a replacement. Here is a pair of one of my favorite speakers, if you are looking then you will be familiar with them. The doughnuts on the bass speakers have been replaced before I bought them. I have taken plenty of photos to show the condition of the speakers, there are some age related marks but overall they are a thing of beauty and a great design.
