One can argue if it is worth that price. What I do know is that it is certainly worth 1/2 that amount for this little used piece of audio gear that shows little to no signs of wear. I also know that the cheap aluminum record weights or screw on clamps for $17.00 to $40.00 do little to reduce surface noise or improve record playback performance.
