Harman Kardon Citation 17s This listing is for a Harman Kardon Citation preamp.Generally speaking this preamp works well but the Hi Cut Filter and Subsonic Filter are both noisy. It is probably due for a cap replacement. Make: Harman KardonModel: Citation 17sSerial: 327-0460

Preamp is in good condition. I have used it intermittently for the past year. I repaired the remote control with conductive paint and is now functioning properly. Please see pictures for condition.

Harman Kardon Citation 21 Preamplifier Tested Working VGC. Previous owner stated it had been serviced with some components replaced or upgraded. Has worked for me with no issues. Cosmetic condition is very good. A couple of small nicks on top front edge. Operating instructions included. Ship to USA, lower 48.
