For your viewing is a Hallicrafters sx-96. This unit works great and looks very nice. Has some scratches and scuff spots on but minor. . I listened to foreign broadcast and domestic am and received very well. it was receiving on a 80 meter full wave loop. It does not appear that there has been any restoration done to the unit. It is in amazing shape for its 70 plus years of age. Sounds great and receives great. you cant go wrong with this receiver. Purchase with confidence. Included is a copy of the manual.

This appears to be in good physical condition though it’s not too pretty, just as the photos show. It does power up and the needle gauge sweeps at power up and moves when the frequency is changed. Also the red frequency indicator bar seems to move as it should as the dial is rotated. The power cord is spliced and should be replaced. That’s about all that I can tell though questions are welcome and appreciated. Thanks for your interest!
