Item is one unmatched lot of GE 6U8A vacuum tubes in their original boxes. These tubes are new old stock and have been tested and are good. These tubes were manufactured in USA. All tested tubes are at least GOOD on my Superior Instrument tube tester (most 7, 8 or 9 pin tubes) or meet the minimum strength on my U-Test-Em drug store tester (most other tubes). If a tube is labelled as untested, it is because I do not have the necesssary equipment to test it. All tubes that dont meet your expectations can be returned regardless of their test status. Sets of vacuum tubes labelled as pairs, quartets, sets, etc, came to me grouped together or labelled as such. My tube testers are not sophisticated enough to guarantee that all sets of tubes are fully matched correctly. Again, if you are unsatisfied with the tubes you receive, you can send them back for a refund. --> All items are inspected to ensure that they ship in working order ready to use. Any damage or wear outside of that which comes from normal usage is noted above in the description. Our vacuum tubes are inspected and tested on our newly rebuilt/calibrated Hickok 539B tester. The 539B is one of the best Hickok Testers. Each tube is cleaned and allowed to warm-up for 90 seconds prior to actual testing. Tubes are tested for quality, life, grid emissions and shorts. No tube is offered for sale that tests below the min number given. We also use our Triplett 3413B as a backup tester. Please note that all tube testers are not created equal, and your tester may show a higher or lower test result than our test equipment. All tubes are wrapped in bubble wrap, packed with peanuts and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box to protect it during transit. All antique and vintage radios are cleaned and tested when possible.
