All 3 belts have been replaced, lubrication was added to the gears if needed, and the laser has been cleaned. There is plenty of signs of wear on this unit so please review all pictures for details on condition. It does include a genuine DVD remote but I am not sure if it is the one originally sold with this unit. It does control standard functionality. This unit includes the remote, keyboard, and av cables.
