I did put batteries in it to test it is turned on and switches tracks but cuts off. It could just need to have a new reader put in or just cleaned. But I am listing it for parts. In good cosmetic condition and plays CDs but the volume is a bit low on max and sometimes it says a fresh pair of batteries are low on charge but then you fiddle around with them and then its okay. The lower part of the LCD screen is also a bit dim. Ive included the original rechargeable batteries they come with but I havent tested them or tried to recharge them.
