I am not technical enough in audio to test every function, but I will list what I tested. AC cord is fineCassette loading tray works fineAll lights, switches, and knobs are working fine, no damageUnit is in good physical condition and looks used. (See photos) Any problems with appearance are minor. I see no drop damage. I did both input and output tests. I used a boom box player as an amp. I connected the headphones output of cassette player to the mic input. I played a pre-recorded tape. It sounded fabulous. I put in a blank cassette. I recorded from a cell phone playing MP3s into the RCA inputs. Then I played back the audio which was fine. I also took output from the RCA jacks. This was working but much lower in volume than the phones output. Play Fast Forward Rewind Stop Record all of these are working. Instrument panel appears all working. The counters are working. The recording level bar is working. I adjusted the recording level while recording. I did not test the other functions such as timer. These functions have working indicators when pressed on the display.
