The build quality and refinement are world class and would be at home on any high-end system. The included remote is not the original but working functions include direct number access to tracks, main menu access, skip forward and reverse backward as well and play, stop. The remote will not open the tray drawer or skip to the previous track but the direct track access make this a non issue. It will also power the unit on and off. Original remotes do show up online and are around 70.00 is in good condition. This is a heavy player but rest assured that packing will be top notch.
