Remedies and Legal Fees. In the event of a dispute, Buyer’s sole remedy for any and all losses or damages resulting from defective Goods or from any other cause will be for the purchase price of the particular Goods with respect to which losses or damages are claimed, plus any shipping costs paid by Buyer. In the event such dispute results in legal action, the successful party will be entitled to its legal fees, including, but not limited to its attorneys’ fees. 13. Legal and Binding Agreement. This Agreement is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above and by eBay. This Agreement may be entered into and is legal and binding both in the United States and internationally. The Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement. 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. Denon AV Receiver AVR-X2100W Der Receiver ist defekt.Fehlerbeschreibung: Beim Einschalten benötigt man meist mehrere Versuch bis das Hauptrelais durchschaltet. D.h. anmachen warten, ob das Hauptrelais durchschaltet. Wenn nicht, ausschalten und den Vorgang wiederholen, bis das Hauptrelais durch ein deutliches Klicken den Strom zu den Boxen durchschaltet. Das kann bis zu 5 mal dauern. Manchmal klappt es auf anhieb. Danach funktioniert der Receiver einwandfrei. Ich habe bei einem Denon Vertragshändler angerufen. Der konnte natürlich keine genaue Diagnose am Telefon abgeben. Der Fehler war ihm aber bekannt. Er meinte die Kosten können zwischen 150 und 200 € liegen. Darum habe ich mich entschlossen den Receiver günstig an Bastler und/oder Elektroniker abzugeben und mir ein anderes Gerät zuzulegen. Das Gerät ist ansonsten in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es wurde einmal ausgepackt, angeschlossen und ansonsten nur abgestaubt (Nichtraucherhaushalt). Es sind meines Erachtens alle Unterlagen, das Mikrophon zum Einmessen samt Pappständer, Fernbedienung und CD vorhanden (siehe Foto). Der Receiver wird im Original-Karton verschickt.
