Preamp is in good condition. I have used it intermittently for the past year. I repaired the remote control with conductive paint and is now functioning properly. Please see pictures for condition.

Harman Kardon Citation 21 Preamplifier Tested Working VGC. Previous owner stated it had been serviced with some components replaced or upgraded. Has worked for me with no issues.
