This is new in the box. It includes the users manual, remote control, rc Jacks and all the other original paperwork. This bag was sealed up. I have removed this from the box & it just been fully 100% checked to make sure everything was in working order. I did open the sealed packet to check the remote also. The only thing that will not be included is batteries for the remote. This has been in storage. The original box does show some wear, but the contents are 100% new.
