CARVER SD/A-490t. Used for a while, but Ive slowly phased CDS out. For a gear from 1991 it sure sounds pretty sweet. The tube amplifier on the inside absolutely gives it a warm texture that I havent heard with any other CD players. I mostly listen to it with the headphone out function, but theres also a line and variable out on the back to connect to an amplifier. As you can see in photo number 2, I cut a hole in the top. This is because the motor that opens and closes the CD tray was wearing out and instead of taking it apart and getting a new motor like a normal person would I just cut a hole and I open and close the CD tray by hand. *Shoes not included
