As the sole owner, purchased directly from Best Buy in 2021, I have taken great care of this phenomenal soundbar. There has never been any water, smoke, or any electrical damage done to this soundbar. Never pushed this bar to full volume either, and has always been plugged into a power surge protector. This soundbar will come with all of its original packaging, cables, manuals, and remote. There’s only a bit of casual signs of wear on the remote, but it is 100% fully functional. The soundbar connects with the Bose app, for an amazing home theatre experience along with wireless control from your mobile phone. As an avid audio connoisseur, I take pride in the care of my audio gear and my customers. My 100% perfect feedback speaks for itself. I will be sure to ship with care and insurance. I have a rack mount Bose 8/32 System controller. Works fine, only issue is the rack mount is bent (picture 4) otherwise great shape.
