This is a pair of original dust cover hinges, from a BIC 960 turntable. My understanding is that these hinges will work with other models in the 900 series, such as the 940, 980.

BIC 940 960 980 Turntable Platter Spindle Assembly with Washers, O-ring, and Bearing. Good condition, solid shaft mount. Bearing and o-ring are used but have plenty of life left.
