This Beocenter 9300 Radio / Tape / CD audio system with B&O CX 50 speakers was purchased from Quality Dream Audio in East Sussex in May 2020, as a reconditioned and serviced audio system with warranty. The tape and CD players function as expected, and both play tapes/CDs without any issues. The remote control is in good condition, and the main functions tested work well. Includes original instruction manual. There are two minor marks to the silver panels on the top of the system, as seen in images 3 & 5. Otherwise, the Beocenter is in very good condition. The B&O CX 50 speakers also work well, and are in good condition - only a tiny chip on one corner of one speaker as shown in image 10. This belonged to my father, who unfortunately moved into a care home soon after he purchased this, so he never got to use it much. The receipt shows he paid £698 for it in 2020. Remember, this was reconditioned and serviced by a B&O specialist and has hardly been used since. System is very heavy, so collection only from SL2.

Compatibility Physically compatible with Beocenters: 9000, 9500, 8500, 8000, 9300. Only originally specified with the former. Condition The centre and CD panel are in excellent order, though do have some various small areas of light scratching and marking as shown. The tape cover has in addition to this sort of marking a more prominent deep scratch near the top centre of the panel: if anything, it’s a little more prominent than in the photo. It was for those who preferred to enjoy the music rather than to pore over the product manual. The design of the 9300 was around for many years before production ceased in the late 1990's. It was available in many different versions; for example 8000, 9000, 9500 and the this last version: Beocenter 9300. The differences between the 9500 and the 9300 was that the 9300 had a new and improved CD mechanism fitted which was faster than the previous versions. Some minor differences were that the 9300 lacked two-way remote communication and an equalizer loop-through. However, the 9300 still is still among the Bang & Olufsen greats! Bang and Olufsen Beocentre 9300 integrated hi-fi system. 2x80 watt amplifier, CD player with programming, tape recorder with auto reverse, FM/AM radio with 30 preset stations, finger touch control. The CD and tape opening doors require attention new belts they are not working, there is a CD inside and it plays, the tape also appears to play, otherwise in good condition (fitted with European type 2-pin plug, see last photo) as pictured.

Unfortunately re-available due to buyer without any money. Bang & Olufsen Beocenter 9300. From a deceased estate a lovely music centre where all components work. Manufactured in April 1996.
