a stunning sound and i ,,have put them on a sale price.. . u wont find a pair again VINTAGE Acoustic Research AR-2aX Speakers WITH STANDS fully tested and clean i just added a new vid on fb with the speakers set up with a nice top end amp in my front room a set off unmolested speakers . that still sound as good as if they came out the shop yesterday. i find them in a old man library . and they have not been used for over 30 years . i buy from the son . who was dealing with his late dads passing away and had been ill and in a home for 30 years . they was his proud & joy . he loved his hifi . and you can see buy the photos . it has been looked after . i say the cases are 9 out off 10 . have some small marks . but a easy fix and the speakers inside are 10 out off 10 . and the stands are the right wons to . you just dont find them like this , it is a time warp if your a bit off a hifi nut as i am . you find just the speaker cases sale for 200 to £300 plus with no speakers inside them . you will find . and as for the stands a hard find and 200 to 300 plus . and clean speakers and stand . that why i set a good price some details and please read all the listing and there a vid on fb or i can send one .
