Our Anthem AVM 30 is truly in mint condition--no bumps, scratches, bruises, dents, or scuffs. Its completely clean and fully functioning. The AVM 30 is a top notch home theater processor and audio preamplifier (2.0 & 2.1) that lives inside of a heavy gauge, full metal case. It offers multiple surround modes, signal routing to different rooms, a dedicated subwoofer output with crossover frequency adjustment, speaker adjustments for size/distance/crossover frequency/placement, optical and coaxial connections for the DAC, XLR and RCA inputs/outputs, tone bypass, an on-screen menu as well as using the unit display to make all adjustments, a smart remote, etc., etc. FYI: This was the last model assembled in NA before shipping production overseas. The remote is also pristine--clean, clear buttons without a hint of fading, wear, or any food crumbs in the gaps. The vacuum florescent display (VFD) is still bright and contrasty. As a stereo preamp its always been invisible and faithful to the source. The rear connections have benefited from annual cleaning with DeOxit. Basically, its lived a pampered and privileged life. Anthem’s last model before shipping production overseas. Mine is in top tier condition, and comes with Remote (+ batteries), complete Operating manual, IEC power cable, and original packaging. The AVM 30 is a home theater processor/preamplifier with video switching, independent multiline control, FM/AM tuner, choice of surround modes, on-screen display (and you can also make every adjustment on the unit display), subwoofer crossover frequency adjustment, full speaker tuning for size/distance/crossover, DAC, multiple Digital and Analog inputs/outputs, XLR & RCA inputs/outputs, tone bypass, dynamics settings, etc., etc. As a stereo and 2.1 preamplifier its rock solid. The majority of its hours with me has been as a 2.1 stereo preamp and its always clean and true to the source. The Remote has the cleanest, crud-free, unworn buttons, is smart (controls my Sony TV and Yamaha CD player) and programmable, with a comprehensive list of program codes in the operations manual.
