Amp goes into protection mode upon powering on. This was my main amp for several years until this issue arose. Previous owner had everything recapped except the big ps caps. Lights work. It was developed with the aim of creating an amplifier that can accurately follow even subtle changes in music and large amplitudes. All stages are directly connected push-pull from input to output.
